DBAB means Deutsche Banc Alex.▇▇▇▇▇ Inc. (formerly known as Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.).
DBAB has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
DBAB shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.20.

  • Except for SSB, whose fees shall be the sole responsibility of In Focus, and DBAB, whose fees shall be the sole responsibility of Proxima, no financial advisor, broker, agent or finder has been retained by either Representing Party in connection with this Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereby, and no such financial advisor, broker, agent or finder is entitled to any fee or other compensation on account of this Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereby.
