DB Fee definition

DB Fee. Letter” in Section 1.01 of the Agreement is hereby amended and by deleting the definition its entirety, and, in lieu thereof, inserting the following:

Examples of DB Fee in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise provided in the GMP Amendment, no more than 30 days before final payment to the DB, the parties shall execute a Change Order to reduce the Contract Sum by an amount equal to (1) 100 percent of the funds then remaining in the DB’s Contingency plus (2) an associated reduction of the DB’s Fee in an amount equal to «insert DB Fee percentage from Section 3.6 of this Agreement» percent of the amount by which the Contract Sum is reduced on account of return of the DB’s Contingency.

  • The adjusted GMP, thereafter shall be the total of Tasks 1.0 thru 1.6 in Table 2.0 below with the adjusted Cost of Work and the adjusted DB Fee.

  • ARTICLE 2 shall be amended by adding this Article 2.H: Compensation for the DB Work under this Amendment shall be on an “open book” basis for Cost of the DB Work, plus a DB Fee, the total of such cost and DB Fee shall not exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) of $ .

  • Additionally, any decreases in the Cost of Work resulting from a reduction in the scope of the Work along with the associated decrease in the DB Fee collectively shall become Owner Allowance and shall not be eligible for the Incentive Payment.

  • The DB Fee shall supplant the references to overhead and profit imposed by UGC Section 11.8.

  • Cost reimbursable compensation for the Contractor’s employees shall be in the amount of the Contractor’s employees’ raw salary cost, plus the D/B Fee.

  • For each cumulative increase or decrease in the reimbursable costs total in excess of fifteen thousand ($15,000.00), the DB Fee shall be increased or decreased as applicable by [insert amount].

  • The DB Fee included in the GMP is a fixed fee of [insert initial Fee].

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).
