DB/DC Member definition
DB/DC Member means a Member who, in accordance with Section 3.06, participates in the DC Provisions as of January 1, 2013, but remains entitled to a benefit under the DB Provisions with respect to Credited Service accrued prior to January 1, 2013 in accordance with Section 4.04.
