D&B Data definition

D&B Data means Provider's proprietary information on individual businesses and made up of the data elements (if available) and containing the number of records set forth on Schedule A.
D&B Data means all information, whether or not Confidential Information, entered in or otherwise transferred to Software or Equipment by or on behalf of D&B and information derived from such information, including as stored in or processed through the Equipment or Software. “D&B Data” also includes (i) all data and information from D&B (or its Affiliates, customers, etc.) that are processed by, or otherwise are provided to, Acxiom (including all D-U-N-S® Numbers); and (ii) all data and information that D&B generates through use of the Services, subject to certain license rights granted to D&B and applicable to data generated through the use of the AbiliTec Software.
D&B Data means all information, whether or not Confidential Information, entered in or otherwise transferred to Software or Equipment by or on behalf of D&B and information derived from such information, including as stored in or processed through the Equipment or Software. “D&B Data” also includes (i) all data and information from D&B (or its Affiliates, customers, etc.) that are processed by, or otherwise are provided to, Ensono (including all D-U-N-S® Numbers); and (ii) all data and information that D&B generates through use of the Services. This includes Personal Information and Personally Identifiable Information.

Examples of D&B Data in a sentence

  • DUNS: The Dun and Xxxxxxxxxx (D&B) Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number is a nine-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet Information Services.

  • Xxx and Bradstreet (D&B) Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS number) All applicants must have a Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number in order to apply.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer shall delete or destroy all D&B Data fields which do not constitute Basic D&B Fields, all electronic and physical stand-alone copies of Basic D&B Fields in Customer’s possession or control, and all Basic D&B Fields not integrated or commingled in the manner specified above.

  • Subject to the terms of the applicable Order Form, Section 4.2 above (including the limitations described in Schedule 1 hereto), and the Master Subscription Agreement under which Customer has purchased SFDC’s xxxxxxxxxx.xxx CRM subscriptions, Customer may access SFDC APIs for the purposes of accessing, interacting with and/or querying D&B Data for use in applications, business logic and workflows associated with Customer’s org for SFDC’s xxxxxxxxxx.xxx CRM, or with AppExchange offerings.

  • Subject to the terms of the applicable Order Form and Section 5 below (Data Deletion and Post-Term License) herein, Customer may import and store D&B Data from the online Xxxx.xxx Services into Customer’s org for SFDC’s xxxxxxxxxx.xxx CRM.

  • Subject to the terms of the applicable Order Form and Section 5 below (D&B Data Deletion and Post-Term License), Customer shall be permitted to export certain D&B Data, as further described in Schedule 1 hereto, once such fields are imported into Customer’s org for SFDC’s xxxxxxxxxx.xxx CRM so long as Customer does not recreate an offline file using such imported fields.

Related to D&B Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).
