Dayhawk means Dayhawk Radiology Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly owned Subsidiary of Holdings.

Examples of Dayhawk in a sentence

  • Holdings shall cause Dayhawk to be merged with and into Borrower (the survivor of which shall be Borrower) as soon as possible after the Closing Date, but in any event within sixty (60) days of the Closing Date.
