Daycare facility definition

Daycare facility means licensed and registered child daycare homes, programs and facilities.

Daycare facility means a facility furnishing care, supervision, or guidance during any part of the twenty four (24) hour day, to a group of ten (10) or more children, who are twelve (12) years of age or under, and who are unrelated to the person(s) operating the facility. Daycare facilities include such items as daycare centers, daycare schools, and nursery schools.
