Day Charter definition

Day Charter means the charter of a Yacht for a period less than twelve (12) consecutive hours and any additional services by you at the time and cost agreed between ▇▇▇▇ (on behalf of the Owner) and you as set out and agreed in the Booking Confirmation and documented in an Ahoy Charter Contract or Alternative Charter Form;
