The total nameplate capacity in kW of the Customer’s resource(s) will be used as the Default Adjustment Value (DAV) to adjust the Demand Response incentives / charge for the Customer’s account.
Seller shall include provisions in its contracts with non-Residential Customers providing that Customers may adjust their DAV, if (a) the Customer’s change in DAV results from a change in the operational status of a Prohibited Resource associated with the Customer’s Service Account; and, (b) Seller has verified this change in operational status.

In DAV’s sole discretion, however, sufficient parking spaces will be saved for DAV personnel.
Refunds will not be given for any violation of this contract and DAV reserves the right to dismiss Exhibitors and/ or staff.
The arbitration proceeding shall be held in the registered office of the University by an arbitrator who shall be appointed by DAV Managing, New Delhi.
If proof is requested but not received two (2) weeks prior to move-in, DAV reserves the right to refuse discounted rate and/ or space to the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor represents and warrants to DAV that no materials used in or in connection with their exhibit infringe the trademarks, copyrights (including, without limitation, copyrights in music and other materials used or broadcast by Exhibitor) or other intellectual property rights of DAV, Disabled American Veterans, the DAV Auxiliary or any third party.
