Date Down Title Policy definition
Date Down Title Policy means the ALTA Title Policy updated to a date within thirty (30) days of Substantial Completion that insures Buyer as of such date that the title condition of the Project Site has not changed since the date the ALTA Title Policy was issued on the date of the NTP Closing except as otherwise permitted by this Agreement such as the addition of Crossing Agreements and Drain Agreements approved by Buyer in accordance with the process in Section 3.1 but on a more expedited time basis when needed.
