Databricks Powered Service definition

Databricks Powered Service means any software or service powered by Databricks Runtime that is provided under contract with a third party and this Agreement does not amend any term of such contract; the Databricks Powered Services are not considered Databricks Services under this Agreement and Databricks shall have no liability, as between the parties, for such services.
