Database Engine definition

Database Engine means a database application such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc that is running on a cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) service such as Amazon Web Services Relational Database Service or Microsoft Corporation SQL Azure.
Database Engine is a computer program that comes with the Application that allows data to be: i) Stored in a structured manner, and ii) Retrieved by the Application or a Report Generator. The Database engine is a Sybase product.
Database Engine means a Pervasive.SQL database engine that is backed up by the Software.
