Data Wiping definition
Data Wiping means data destruction through a service that can certify that data held on information technology systems (including hard disk drives and/or other digital media) has been wiped. Change in Law means the coming into effect or repeal (without enactment or consolidation) in England or Wales of any Law, or any amendments or variation to any Law, or any judgement of a relevant court of law which changes binding precedent in England or Wales (in each case after the Commencement Date).
