Data Users definition

Data Users means those officers, employees and students of the Recipient Institution, who work directly with the Recipient and have a need to use the Data for the performance of their work with respect to the Agreed Purpose, and have agreed to comply with this Agreement, as named in schedule 1.

Examples of Data Users in a sentence

  • Agency shall ensure that Agency Data Users access the System only through equipment owned or leased and maintained by Agency.

  • Data Recipient shall bear all risk of non-payment by Data Recipient Invoiced Subscribers or by Data Users for which Data Recipient is responsible for the charges.

  • Agency remains liable for the conduct of Agency Data Users until deprovisioned.

  • Except as provided herein, the City will provide no technical or administrative support to Agency or Agency Data Users for System(s) access.

  • Recipient shall ensure that all Authorized Data Users comply with the same restrictions and conditions that apply to the Recipient under this DUA and agree to follow the data privacy, security, and protection requirements, prior to being granted access to the Data.

  • Agency is responsible for the security of the User IDs and passwords issued to or created by Agency Data Users and is liable for any misuse.

  • The City acting in its sole discretion may audit Agency and Agency Data Users at any time.

  • Individual Agency Data Users are not authorized to contact the SFDPH IT Service Desk.

  • Agency shall allow only qualified personnel under Agency’s direct supervision to act as Agency Data Users with access to the System(s).

  • Third Party shall ensure that Third Party Data Users access the System only through equipment owned or leased and maintained by Third Party.
