Data Use Agreements definition

Data Use Agreements means any agreement using that or a similar title, and also any Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”), which specifies a Party’s obligations for using and safeguarding protected health information consistent with federal regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and its implementing regulations, as amended.
