Data Suppliers definition

Data Suppliers has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.
Data Suppliers means collectively or severally, British Geological Survey, Environment Agency, Institute of Hydrology, Ordnance Survey, Scottish Environment Protection Agency and any other institutions listed in the relevant User Guide who have supplied data to Landmark for incorporation into its database.
Data Suppliers means a vendor, exchange or other entity which supplies data used in the provision of the Services to the Client, including without limitation pricing data of the type referenced in Clause 9.2 of the Agreement.

Data Suppliers means Geocadd Systems Corp., International Petrodata Ltd., QC Data Petroleum Services Ltd., Petroleum Information / Dwights Canada Ltd., Nickle's Energy, Lynx Canada, Strata Web Systems Ltd. and any other data supplier companies that may be added from time to time.

Related to Data Suppliers

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
