Data Submitter definition

Data Submitter means any person that reports data to the Central Repository, including national securities exchanges, national securities associations, broker-dealers, the Securities Information Processors (“SIPs”) for the CQS, CTA, UTP and Plan for Reporting of Consolidated Options Last Sale Reports and Quotation Information (“OPRA”) Plans, and certain other vendors or third parties that may submit data to the Central Repository on behalf of Industry Members.

  • GHGA Central shall coordinate with the Data Submitter regarding any possible fulfilment of liability claims.

  • The submission of Personal Metadata is entirely optional, and has no bearing on the ability for the GHGA Operations Consortium to process Research Data or Non-personal Metadata on behalf of the Data Submitter.
