Data Specifications definition

Data Specifications means the documented set of specifications provided by the Exchange relating to the Data System with which Data Recipient’s System must comply, as amended from time to time following notice to Data Recipient in accordance with this Agreement and published on the Website.
Data Specifications means the method, format, structure, organization, and content of the data that TME RESEARCH will provide to COMPANY as further specified in the applicable SOW and which Data Specifications may be modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Data Specifications means a document setting out the specific data fields relevant to a particular data collection as amended from time to time.
