Data Return definition

Data Return means the first data that is written by the Server to the Network in response to any Customer HTTP hit. The Customer understands that SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT LIMITED may use the same physical equipment to provide service to more than one virtual server customer.
Data Return means a report in the form set out at Schedule 5 setting out for the relevant month the following information:
Data Return to names which do not include the names “divine” or “Data Return”, and shall cause their Affiliates (other than the Foreign Subsidiaries) to do the same; and neither the Sellers nor any of their Affiliates shall make any further use of the “divine” or “Data Return” names or any derivatives thereof, except to the extent necessary to wind up their respective affairs.

  • In the event that the parties cannot agree on a licensing arrangement, Data Return shall, with reasonable assistance from Microsoft, promptly replace the infringing portion of the Deliverables with a version that is non-infringing, provided that the replacement or modified version provides the same material functionality as the infringing version.

  • Data Return shall develop the following Deliverables and deliver them to Microsoft no later than the dates indicated below.

  • To assist Data Return in developing the three (3) Initial Scripts, Microsoft shall provide Data Return technical consulting services up to a total of one hundred (100) consulting hours, which services will be performed by, and be subject to a separate agreement with Microsoft Consulting Services.

Data Return means the submission by a service provider to the Health Service Executive of information in accordance with the Agreement of 2019 following a Modified Structured Chronic Disease Management Review;

  • Current Return means the minimum fair combined rate of return on common equity required for

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).
