Data recording system A recording system, in which the personal data is configured and processed according to any particular criteria.
Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.
Electronic filing system means a system provided by the State Court Administrative Office that permits electronic transmission of data and documents.
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
filing system means any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralised, decentralised or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis;
