Data Recipients definition

Data Recipients means third parties assisting the Company in the implementation, administration, and management of the Plan.
Data Recipients means third parties accessing or using the Brand Owner Data, either directly or indirectly, in or through the Verified by GS1 Services, Webservice, API, including retailers, internet application providers and governmental organisations, subject to the acceptance of the GS1 South Africa Terms of Use.
Data Recipients means third parties assisting the Company in the implementation, administration and management of the Plan.

  • Participant understands that some of these Data Recipients may be located outside the Participant’s country of residence, and that the Data Recipient’s country may have different data privacy laws and protections than the Participant’s country of residence.

  • The Participant understands that some of these Data Recipients may be located outside the Participant’s country of residence, and that the Data Recipient’s country may have different data privacy laws and protections than the Participant’s country of residence.

  • Optionee authorizes the Data Recipients to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer Data in electronic or other form, for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan, including any transfer of such Data, as may be necessary or appropriate for the administration of the Plan and/or the subsequent holding of shares of stock on Optionee’s behalf, to a broker or third party with whom the shares acquired on exercise may be deposited.

  • Optionee understands that these Data Recipients may be located in Optionee’s country of residence, the European Economic Area, and in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States.

  • The Grantee understands that these Data Recipients may be located in the Grantee’s country of residence, the European Economic Area, and in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States.

  • The Holder understands that these Data Recipients may be located in the Holder’s country of residence or elsewhere.

Data Recipients means any of the following:
Data Recipients shall have the meaning given in Clause 7.1;
Data Recipients or “Recipients” means the person(s) that are requesting the Dataset(s) as set out in Schedule 2;
Data Recipients means Community Action Kentucky (hereinafter "CAA") and any Federal, State and/or local government agenc(ies) including, but not limited to, The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Community Action Kentucky, Inc. (CAK); a Data Subject's vendor(s), a Data Subject's financial institutions, and any other appropriate third party as needed for the purpose of providing benefits, determining eligibility, verifying the data provided, operating the Team KY Fund program; performing evaluation and reporting; as well as any other reason authorized by state or federal law.
Data Recipients means one (or more) of the Parties, acting as joint controller(s), whose role in the Project involves research and analysis on personal data provided to the Project by the Data Provider, for the purposes and tasks set out in the [reference in the project] of the Project Grant Agreement No [project number] and further specified in Appendix I to this Agreement.

Related to Data Recipients

  • Data Recipient means the party (being either the Association or #[Party 2], as appropriate) to whom Data is disclosed;

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
