Data Processing Form definition

Data Processing Form means a data Processing form in the format set out in the Annex hereto which shall be completed, agreed and signed by both Parties in the event that there is a change to the nature, extent, scope or purpose of the Processing of Personal Data under this Appendix 5 or where there is a change to the Technical and Organisational Security Measures taken by the Supplier.

Examples of Data Processing Form in a sentence

  • We will apply the security measures you set out in the Data Processing Form for protecting and securing your data.

  • If you wish us to store 3rd Party Data beyond the termination of the Booking and the six-week run on, you must specify this in the Data Processing Form.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
