Data Processing Contract definition

Data Processing Contract means the contract between controllers and processors referred to in Article 28 Section 3 of the GDPR.
Data Processing Contract means any Contract to which the Company or any Subsidiary is or was a party or by which the Company or any Subsidiary is or was bound, that relates to any Processing of Personal Data by a third party for or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary.
