Data Processing Activities definition

Data Processing Activities means the Processing of Personal Data in accordance with the Data Processing Deed or a set of terms and/or agreement entered into between a Supplier, the Practice and the CCG from time to time;
Data Processing Activities means the activities carried out by the User in relation to the processing of personal data as described in Appendix II;
Data Processing Activities. Managing an e-Commerce platform and facilitating payment transactions on behalf of Stripe users.

Examples of Data Processing Activities in a sentence

  • Subject always to Appendix B(1) Data Protection and Appendix B(2) Data Processing Activities, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between an Order Form, any Clause or paragraph of this Agreement, any schedule or appendix to this Agreement, and any Documentation, the Clause or paragraph of this Agreement will prevail, followed by a schedule to this Agreement, followed by an appendix to this Agreement, followed by an Order Form, followed by the Documentation.

  • With respect to a Party’s breach of its obligations set out in Clause 17 (Confidentiality) or Appendix B(1) (Data Protection) or Appendix B(2) (Data Processing Activities), neither Party’s aggregate liability will exceed the lesser of £1,000,000 (one million pounds sterling) and five times the amount actually paid by you under the applicable Order Form in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

  • A description of the Personal Data processed by the Service Provider and the processing activities undertaken by the Service Provider is set out in the Data Processing Activities set out in clause 19.20.

  • A Processor must Process the Processor Data only to the extent necessary to perform the Data Processing Activities and only in accordance with the written instructions set out in Part 1 of this Agreement.

  • All Parties agree that the Controllers shall: ensure publication of a summary of the Data Processing Activities, provided in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form; ensure Data Subjects are appropriately instructed on how they can exercise their rights under Data Protection Legislation, including where they must contact another Party; and to reference other Parties’ transparency materials published under 13.1.1.

  • A Controller as set out in clause 11.1 will be statutorily required, subject to any applicable exemptions, to disclose information about the Data Processing Activities provided under this Agreement or the Agreement itself in response to a specific request under FOIA or EIR.

  • The Parties acknowledge that for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation in relation to the Data Processing Activities, the Controller(s) and the Processor(s) are as set out in Part 1 of this Agreement.

  • This Part 2 of this Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions relating to inter-Party Data Processing Activities which the Parties agree to meet.

  • A Processor must allow for reasonable audits of its delivery of the Data Processing Activities by the Controller or the Controller’s designated auditor at no additional cost to the Controller.

Related to Data Processing Activities

  • Data Processing shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA.

  • Data Processing Agreement means the data processing agreement located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/[countrycode]/legal/dpa, where “[countrycode]” means the two-letter abbreviation for the country where your Stripe Account is located.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Data Processing Addendum means Sprinklr’s Data Processing Addendum, located at www.sprinklr.com/legal

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.
