Data Privacy Regulations means collectively: (i) ESA PDP Framework, i.e. the Personal Data Protection Framework of ESA available on ESA website at the URL ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/About_Us/Law_at_ESA/Highlights_of_ESA_rules_and (ii) the Personal Data protection laws and regulations applicable to the Agreed Territory of Processing to the extent that these laws and regulations provide an Adequate Level of Protection under the ESA PDP Framework.

With respect to terms used with capitals in this Annex (e.g. “Controller”, “Personal Data” etc.) but not defined above, reference is made to the definitions set forth in the Data Privacy Regulations applicable according to Article 2 below.
