Data Order Form definition

Data Order Form means the data order form provided to Recipient by BATS and agreed in writing between the Parties as amended from time to time by written agreement between the Parties;
Data Order Form means an order form for the receipt and use of Data (including a Cboe Global Markets Data Order Form and System Description provided to Data Recipient by Cboe) that has been submitted by Data Recipient and accepted by Cboe, including via electronic means.
Data Order Form means the form attached as Exhibit A to the Agreement, as amended from time to time.

Examples of Data Order Form in a sentence

  • For Rolling Subscription Services, as defined in the MTS Data Order Form, the Agreement shall come into force on the Commencement Date, unless otherwise stated in the Order Form, and shall continue in force unless terminated in accordance with Clause 5.

  • Exchange Data Order Form and System Description – information submitted via the User Portal or other method designated by MEMX that identifies the Exchange Data desired and the Exchange Data access method, and provides key contact information as well as a description of any system(s) or service(s) that make use of or distribute Exchange Data internally or externally to Data Users.

  • The Cboe entity(ies) entering into this Agreement with Data Recipient (the “Cboe Contracting Entity”) is determined based on the Data Product Category selected by the Data Recipient in a Data Order Form using the chart below.

  • Order Form means a validly executed MTS Data Order Form – End Customer accepted by the Licensor.

  • Accountable for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Planning Unit.

  • The Delayed Data Licence (DLA) terms apply when ‘Delayed Data’ and ‘Distribution’ are ticked in this Data Order Form.

  • Additionally, the Exchange has represented that its Data Order Form (used for requesting the Exchange’s market data products) requires confirmation that the requesting market participant receives data from OPRA.

Related to Data Order Form

  • Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Order Form(s) means a request for Service describing the type and quantity of Services required by Customer and submitted and accepted by the Parties in accordance with Section 2(A) (Ordering Services). The Order Form may be presented and executed via the Administrative Portal.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Order Form Term means the duration of an Order Form.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.
