Data Interchange definition

Data Interchange means the electronic transmission of data between WebMD and FESCO (and, to the extent mutually agreed upon by the parties, between WebMD and designated third parties) based upon Data Interchange specifications to be agreed upon by the parties in the Detailed Project Plan referenced in Schedule C.
Data Interchange will mean the electronic transmission of data between WebMD and ABF based upon WebMD’s data interchange specifications.

Data Interchange means the Data Interchange entity which is a party to the General Terms of Business and this DPA, as specified in the section “Application of this DPA” above.

Related to Data Interchange

  • PJM Interchange means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load exceeds, or is exceeded by, the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy by a Market Seller from an External Resource; or (d) the interval net metered output of any other Market Seller; or (e) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy to an External Market Buyer; or (f) the interval scheduled deliveries to an Internal Market Buyer that is not a Network Service User. PJM Interchange Energy Market:

  • Interchange means the electronic exchange of Data between the Parties using the Adopted Protocol;

  • PJM Interchange Import means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load exceeds the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup purchases; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy to an External Market Buyer; or (d) the interval scheduled deliveries to an Internal Market Buyer that is not a Network Service User. PJM Liaison:

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix. PJM Interchange Export:

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Therapeutic interchange means an authorized exchange of therapeutic alternate drug products in accordance with a previously established and approved written protocol.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI means technology that provides transaction related details, including invoice number(s), pay dates, and other identifying information as appropriate for each transaction.

  • User Interface means the interface for the Hosted Services designed to allow individual human users to access and use the Hosted Services.

  • Servicer Interchange means, for any Monthly Period, the portion of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables allocated to the Investor Certificates and deposited in the Finance Charge Account with respect to such Monthly Period that is attributable to Interchange; provided, however, that Servicer Interchange for a Monthly Period shall not exceed one-twelfth of the product of (i) the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the last day of such Monthly Period and (ii) 1.00%.

  • Data Importer means the processor who agrees to receive from the data exporter personal data intended for processing on his behalf after the transfer in accordance with his instructions and the terms of the Clauses and who is not subject to a third country’s system ensuring adequate protection within the meaning of Article 25(1) of EU Data Protection Laws 95/46/EC;

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

  • Inadvertent Interchange means the difference between net actual energy flow and net scheduled energy flow into or out of the individual Control Areas operated by PJM.

  • settlement system means any infrastructure whether or not connected to the auction platform that can provide settlement services, which may include clearing, netting, management of collateral, or any other services, which ultimately enable the delivery of allowances on behalf of an auctioneer to a successful bidder or its successor in title, and the payment of the sum due by a successful bidder or its successor in title to an auctioneer, carried out through either of the following:

  • Data set means an identifiable collection of data;

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.
