Data Hall means the secure area of the Data Centre that houses the Gateway Technical Infrastructure;

Data Hall means each tenant space or room described as a “Data Hall” (as defined in the Coreweave Lease) that tenant has agreed to lease in accordance with the terms of Coreweave Lease.

Examples of Data Hall in a sentence

• If the Commencement Date or any subsequent Delivery Date for each Phase is a day other than the first day of a calendar month, then the Rent for such partial month as to the applicable Data Hall or the Network Core and Office Space shall be calculated on a per diem basis.

• The total electrical power connected to and available for utilization by Tenant in the Network Core and a Data Hall solely serving such Data Hall, for the purpose of delivering critical electrical power to Tenant’s equipment within such Data Hall, and excluding electrical power needed within such Data Hall or elsewhere in the Building or Campus for any systems or services that support the critical electrical power to Tenant’s equipment in such Data Hall, including without limitation, the Building Systems.

• The later of (i) the Delivery Date of the first Phase of the Building (being Data Hall Phase 1), or (ii) the Target Commencement Date for Phase 1.

More Definitions of Data Hall

Data Hall means an area within a Data Centre operated by the Supplier which has Achieved the Data Centre Assurance Criteria and is thereby authorised by the Framework Authority as a hall from which Services may be provided to Customers;

Data Hall means each of the several data halls to be constructed pursuant to the Data Center Lease.

Data Hall means Data Hall 7 in Building 7 of the Premises as set forth on Exhibit A.
