Data Feed(s) definition

Data Feed(s) means a transmission of Market Data via the Data Feed(s) checked or indicated as applicable on Schedule B with respect to a Data Recipient.
Data Feed(s) has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1, below.
Data Feed(s) has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1, below.

Examples of Data Feed(s) in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, to the extent that Client has purchased or accesses Data Feeds, such feeds are provided solely on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and Everbridge disclaims any and all liability of any kind or nature resulting from any inaccuracies or failures with respect to such Data Feeds.

  • Subscriber acknowledges that it has the responsibility to obtain data feeds which provide delayed or real-time data on securities transactions ("Data Feeds").

  • Subscriber may elect to receive Data Feeds through Licensor by entering into a separate agreement and paying Licensor the then-current and applicable amounts for such Data Feeds.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, to the extent that Customer has purchased or accesses Data Feeds, the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure, defect, or inability to access such Data Feed shall be to terminate the Data Feed with no further payments due.

  • In addition, such feeds are provided solely on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and Everbridge disclaims any and all liability of any kind or nature resulting from any inaccuracies or failures with respect to such Data Feeds.

  • All Data Feeds are provided solely as a convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by Everbridge.

  • If Subscriber elects to receive Data Feeds through Licensor for use with IdeaLink pursuant to a separate agreement with Licensor, Licensor may include the charges for such Data Feeds with its invoices and bills for Fees payable hereunder.

  • MSI will provide Partner with reasonable support in the event that Partner notifies MSI of an error or problem with the Data Feeds.

  • Fees for the following services are waived: Omnibus Transparency Base, UPA Processing Base, MMR Annual Base and CUSIP Charges, SDCM, Powerselect, IVR Base Fee, AML Networked Accounts, Lost Shareholder Search and Tracking, Escheatment CUSIP (assumes one cycle), Bounced Checks, On- Request Reporting, Third Party Data Feeds, Excess History, Transcripts, Manual Check Pulls, Legal Document Pulls, Cost Basis and NSCC Transaction Fees.

  • If Subscriber elects to receive Data Feeds through Licensor for use with NF™ pursuant to a separate agreement with Licensor, Licensor may include the charges for such Data Feeds with its invoices and bills for Fees payable hereunder.

Data Feed(s) means information to be made available to ATP on behalf of Licensee via the WideOrbit Data API and/or the Data Service, which may include one or more categories of Licensee Data.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
