Data Event definition

Data Event means any access to, inability to access, loss of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, alteration to or disclosure of Electronic Data.
Data Event means an event recorded in the CIS 2 which triggers the sending of notification from the CIS 2 to one or more NCBs and the ECB. A data event occurs: (i) when an NCB has sent a monthly or semi-annual data message to the CIS 2 triggering a feedback message to that NCB and the ECB; (ii) when the data messages of all NCBs have been successfully validated for a new reporting period triggering a status report message from the CIS 2 to NCBs and the ECB; or (iii) when, following the sending of a status report message, a revised data message for an NCB is successfully validated by the CIS 2 triggering a revision notification to NCBs and the ECB.
Data Event means the destruction, loss, unauthorized access or alteration of Customer data in the Amadeus System.

  • Upon Third Party Vendor’s suspected or actual discovery of a Compromised Data Event, Third Party Vendor will not alter or destroy any related records and will maintain complete and accurate documentation regarding any modifications made to the records.

  • In no event shall such notification occur more than seventy-two (72) hours after confirmation that a Reportable Data Event occurred.

  • The Contractor shall fully cooperate with and assist the BOE in investigating the Reportable Data Event, including, without limitation, by providing full access to persons or information necessary to determine the scope of the Reportable Data Event, such as all relevant records, logs, files, data reporting, and other materials required to comply with applicable law or as otherwise required by the BOE.

  • Upon the Contractor’s suspected or actual discovery of a Compromised Data Event, the Contractor will not alter or destroy any related records and will maintain complete and accurate documentation regarding any modifications made to the records.

  • Upon County suspected or actual discovery of a Compromised Data Event, County shall not alter or destroy any related records, and shall maintain complete and accurate documentation regarding any modifications made to such records.

  • The Parties do not intend that a Party making a Dual Faceted Claim can avoid limits or exclusions otherwise applicable to such claim under Section 8 by framing the claim as a breach of Section 6.3 to the extent that it relates to a Data Event.


More Definitions of Data Event

Data Event means delivery by Borrower to Agent and the Lenders, on or prior to December 31, 2019, of evidence satisfactory to Agent and each Lender in Agent’s and each Lender’s reasonable discretion that Borrower has received positive data with respect to Borrower’s phase 2 clinical trial of ELX-02 sufficient to begin phase 3 protocols in at least one (1) indication.
