Data environment definition

Data environment means the collection of computer systems and associated infrastructure devices, facilities, and people that support the storage, processing, or transmission of data supporting the university’s mission and business.

  • Thirty (30) days after the effective date of termination, ForgeRock shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any Customer Data and ForgeRock may delete any Customer Data, environment, organizations or any other Customer information or materials related to the ForgeRock Identity Cloud or provided to ForgeRock by Customer in connection with the ForgeRock Identity Cloud unless prohibited by Applicable Law.

  • Thirty (30) days after the effective date of termination, Ping Identity shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any Customer Data and Ping Identity may delete any Customer Data, environment, organization or any other Customer information or materials related to the Service or provided to Ping Identity by Customer in connection with the Service unless prohibited by applicable law.

  • We will be responsible for the security of Cardholder Data that we will possess or otherwise might store, process or transmit on your behalf or to the extent that we could impact the security of your Cardholder Data environment.

Related to Data environment

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.

  • ICT Environment means the Authority System and the Contractor System. “Information” has the meaning given under section 84 of the FOIA.

  • Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.

  • Services Environment refers to the combination of hardware and software components owned, licensed or managed by Oracle to which Oracle grants You and Your Users access as part of the Cloud Services which You have ordered. As applicable and subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order, Oracle Programs, Third Party Content, Your Content and Your Applications may be hosted in the Services Environment.

  • Natural environment means the air, land and water, or any combination or part thereof, of the Province of Ontario; (“environnement naturel”)
