Data Developer definition

Data Developer means entities or persons who are permitted to develop and create Data Products and related applications (including but not limited to data feeds, ETL scripts and applications) on the Data Republic Platform, pursuant to the terms of the Data Developer Module. Data Developer means entities or persons who are permitted to develop and create Data Products and related applications (including but not limited to data feeds, ETL scripts and applications) on the Data Republic Senate Platform, pursuant to the terms of the Data Developer Module. Data Product means any combinations, compilations, integrations, models or analyses of data created or derived on the Data Republic Senate Platform from, or using, Participant Data and/or other data contained in the Data Republic Databases in accordance with the Data Product Policy and each applicable Term Sheet or Approved Data Licence.
