Data Defect definition
Data Defect shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 8.
Data Defect means a defect in the Reference Obligation Files in relation to the Relevant Information, discovered following an Accountant Verification Trigger Event or otherwise.
Examples of Data Defect in a sentence
We will use reasonable endeavours to promptly notify you of any material submission failure or rejection by the Relevant Trade Repository in relation to a Transaction Report, which is caused by inaccurate or incomplete Client Counterparty Data (“Data Defect”) supplied by you, and you agree that you will immediately upon receipt of notice remedy such Data Defect.
All posted preliminary RCA documents for First Data Defect caused severity 1 /2, compliance and/or critical SLA defect issues are included in this measure.
Opportunities = total number of completed final RCA documents submitted to RCSI within the reporting month that are attributable to an First Data Defect.
