  • Except as reserved to SFRAA in section 6.1, Concessionaire shall have the right and obligation to establish and enforce reasonable parking restrictions within the Public Parking Facilities, including but not limited to the designation of accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities, and the right to hire a tow away service for its own account and to tow, at the violator’s expense, any vehicle that violates such restrictions and to impose tow away fees as may be approved by the SFRAA.
