Data Certification definition

Data Certification means the process of reviewing State and County mandated outcome data for accuracy and signing the Certification of Accuracy of Data form indicating that the data is accurate.
Data Certification means the Initial Data Certification or any Incremental Data Certification, as applicable.

Examples of Data Certification in a sentence

  • CONTRACTOR will provide signature confirmation of the Data Certification P&P training for each staff member that utilizes enters, reviews, or analyzes the data.

  • If the Data Certification P&P has not been approved after thirty (30) days from the start of the Contract, the Certification of Accuracy of Data form cannot be submitted to, or accepted by ADMINISTRATOR, and CONTRACTOR may be deemed out of compliance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • CONTRACTOR shall develop a P&P, or revise the existing P&P, regarding Data Certification and submit to ADMINISTRATOR no later than twenty (20) calendar days from the start of the Contract.

  • It is expected that the rating for each member will be part of the review done by Program Directors prior to signing the Data Certification Form each month.

  • CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff is trained and has a clear understanding of the Data Certification P&P.

  • The Contractor shall comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory provisions governing such data and the requirements in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Business Associate Agreement and Data Certification (Attachment I).

  • In connection with the correction of any Data Certification, Borrower shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to maximize the principal amount of the proposed Additional Incremental Term Loan to which such Data Certification relates.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, (i) Borrower shall not be obligated to submit any Borrowing Request with respect to any Incremental Data Certification unless the principal amount of the proposed Additional Incremental Term Loan is at least $10,000,000; and (ii) Lender shall not be obligated to make any Additional Incremental Term Loan unless the principal amount thereof is at least $2,500,000.

  • Each of the Candidate Financing Contracts included in the relevant Data Certification shall have been approved by the Portfolio Servicer in compliance with the Credit Policy unless otherwise specifically approved in writing by Lender.

  • If Borrower or Lender exercise their rights under this Section 1.1(d), Borrower shall not be excused from its obligation to deliver the related Data Certification as provided in Section 1.1(c)(ii) and all Financing Contracts covered by such Data Certification must be included in the next Data Certification required to be submitted by Borrower pursuant to Section 1.1(c)(ii).
