Data Center Connectivity definition

Data Center Connectivity means the connection provided by Xogenous from the Customer's demarcation point, but not including Customer’s equipment, through the Xogenous Data Center Network up to Xogenous’ Backbone Network demarcation point. Upon receiving a Service Credit Request, Xogenous will calculate the duration of the Data Center Connectivity Unavailability to Customer.
Data Center Connectivity means the connection provided by Netifice from, but not including any part of, Co-Location Customer's co-located equipment or from and including the equipment serving Hosting Customer's Web site to, but not beyond, the connection to the Netifice Backbone Network. Upon receiving a Service Credit Request, Netifice will calculate the duration of the Data Center Connectivity Unavailability to Customer. See Section 7 hereof for the Service Claim Process.

Examples of Data Center Connectivity in a sentence

  • Vendor guarantees to supply Customer with Vendor Data Center Connectivity at least 99.0% of the time in each calendar month.

  • The parties acknowledge that the fee charged for Data Center Connectivity Services, incorporated into the Monthly Internet Access Services Fee above, includes only those fees for Two (2) 100bT Ethernet Connection(s) to the data center and covering only the first 3 Mbps of usage for each such Ethernet Connection.

  • Netifice guarantees to supply Customers with Netifice Data Center Network connectivity ("Data Center Connectivity") at least 99.9% of the time in each calendar month.

  • Upon receiving a Request, Vendor will calculate the duration of the Data Center Connectivity Unavailability to Customer.

  • Data Center Connectivity Pathways within the jurisdiction in which the Facility is located are not permitted without: (i) the data center entering into Switch’s Data Center Interconnectivity Agreement; and (ii) the data center complying with all applicable legal requirements regarding deceptive or fraudulent trade practices (e.g. Nevada Revised Statute 598 and Michigan Compiled Laws 445.903 which prohibit deceptive trade practices).
