Data Cards definition

Data Cards means data communications cards for use in conjunction with mobile handsets, laptop computers or other portable computing and communications devices which allow or enable access to the internet, access to email services, remote access to private computer networks, fax services, instant messaging and text messaging services and other communications services through 3G, 2.5G, GPRS, HSCSD or wireless LAN networks or similar;
Data Cards refers means a device that is used access theinternet and emails. VI. “Manager” refers to a Manager appointed for specific sectionof a department and reporting directly to an Executive Director. VII. “Sectional Managers” refers to a Manager appointed for specific section of a department and reporting directly to an Executive Director or Manager. VIII. “Essential Services” refers to critical services within the operations of the municipality’s service framework like water and sanitation, electricity, emergency services. IX. “Landline Phone” refers to the telephone used through a solid line by a user. X. “Municipal Manager” refers to any official appointed in terms of Section 55of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act (Act NO.32 of 2000) and Section 82 of the Local Government Municipality Structures Act (Act No. 117 of 1998). XI. “Municipality VKLM.” refers to Victor Khanye Local Municipality (MP311): XII. “Users” refers to Employees, Councillors and /or Members of the Ward Committee of the Victor Khanye Local Municipality. XIII. “Other Employees ” refers to any official employed by the Municipality in terms of Section 55(e) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act (Act No.32 of 2000)other than the Municipal Mnager,S56 Manager or Deputy Manager. XIV. “Private Telephone Call(s)” refers to calls made using any gadget (data card,telephone and /or cell phone) on the VKLM’s account where such calls are not directly linked to the performance of the VKLM’s business. Such callsare deemed to be in respect of the private business of the employee or official concerned. XV. “Service Provider ” refers to preferred service provider for cell phones and data cards in terms of contract.
Data Cards. : means a mobile device used to access the internet and or emails.

Examples of Data Cards in a sentence

  • The WARP system for Ammo Data Cards requires Contractors to hold a certificate to access the system and communicate with the secure DoD server.

  • The Control Center maintain employee Personal Data Cards (Form G-74 or contract equivalent).

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
