Data Capture Form definition
Data Capture Form means the form that We require You to complete pursuant to clause 3.2, which shall contains the information that We require in order to provide the Services;
Data Capture Form or “DCF” means a BT form that sets out specific requirements for the Service as agreed between the Customer and BT which forms part of the Order. It also includes the data as captured and used as part of the bulk load capability and the data captured in Solutions Builder.
Data Capture Form or “DCF” means the form completed by the Customer and BT, which captures further details of the Service as set out in the DCF and as agreed (where relevant) between BT and the Customer, and which forms part of the Agreement.
