Data Books definition

Data Books means the design and construction data books and the material and equipment data books provided by Contractor to Owner pursuant to subsection 7.14.
Data Books mean the data books required to be submitted by TANK CONTRACTOR in accordance with Exhibit D, Article 2.10.3.

Examples of Data Books in a sentence

  • Unit Prices for new Pre-priced Tasks can be established during the course of the Contract and added to the RSMeans Construction Cost Data Books.

  • A task that is not set forth in the RS Means Construction Cost Data Books.

  • The price published in the RSMeans Construction Cost Data Books for specific construction or construction related work tasks.

  • The Contractor shall be paid according to the labor rates included in the RSMeans Construction Cost Data Books.

  • This may include Data Books, HSD Scorecard, and Monthly Statistical Reports.

Related to Data Books

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, all of the Company’s and the Company Subsidiaries’ publicly posted privacy policies (including if posted on the Company’s or the Company Subsidiaries’ products and services) regarding the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage, maintenance, retention, deletion, disposal, modification or processing of Personal Data.
