DATA AND VOICE SERVICES. Three (3) years from the Effective Date.
DATA AND VOICE SERVICES means the Services described in SCHEDULE 2.2.

Hospice services means symptom and pain management provided to a terminally ill ((individual)) person, and emotional, spiritual and bereavement support for the ((individual)) terminally ill person and family in a place of temporary or permanent residence ((and may include the provision of home health and home care services for the terminally ill individual.
Support Services means Support Services provided by GroundSure including, without limitation, interpreting third party and in-house environmental data, providing environmental support advice, undertaking environmental audits and assessments, Site investigation, Site monitoring and related items.
Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
Internet Services means the service provided to you by us using digital or analogue technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain services, whether by means of a television, personal computer or otherwise.
Hosting Services means: (i) Rackspace’s provision for your use of the Hosted System described in the Services Description, and (ii) Support.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
Technical Support Services means the remote telephonic support provided by Seller on a standard and centralized basis concerning the Products, including diagnostic services and troubleshooting to assist Customer in ascertaining the nature of a problem being experienced by the Customer, minor assistance concerning the use of the Software (including advising or assisting the Customer in attempting data/database recovery, database set up, client-server advice), and assistance or advice on installation of Releases provided under this Agreement.
Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.
Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.
Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.
Processing Services means those services, which are necessary to issue a Card and process a transaction in accordance with Government Requirements and the Rules of any System and Regulatory Authority. Such services shall include but not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of the Card and Cardholder Funds, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Cardholder dispute resolution, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
Maintenance and Support Services means the Software maintenance and support services the Contractor is required to or otherwise does provide under this Contract as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
Directory Assistance Database refers to any subscriber record used by Sprint in its provision of live or automated operator-assisted directory assistance including but not limited to 411, 555-1212, NPA-555-1212.
Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.
Home health aide services means those tasks that are provided to a patient by a home health aide under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.
Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:
Internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.
Network Services means any services provided by a Network provider and which are made accessible to the Customer in terms of this agreement;
Community support services means services authorized, planned, and coordinated through resource management services including, at a minimum, assessment, diagnosis, emergency crisis intervention available twenty-four hours, seven days a week, prescreening determinations for persons who are mentally ill being considered for placement in nursing homes as required by federal law, screening for patients being considered for admission to residential services, diagnosis and treatment for children who are acutely mentally ill or severely emotionally disturbed discovered under screening through the federal Title XIX early and periodic screening, diagnosis, and treatment program, investigation, legal, and other nonresidential services under chapter 71.05 RCW, case management services, psychiatric treatment including medication supervision, counseling, psychotherapy, assuring transfer of relevant patient information between service providers, recovery services, and other services determined by regional support networks.
Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.
