Dark LTV definition
Dark LTV means, as of any date of determination and expressed as a percentage, (x) the Principal Balance of such Investor Bridge Loan divided by (y) the value of the related Mortgaged Property, based solely on the value of the real property and excluding any rental income, personal property or going concern value.
