DANY definition

DANY means the New York County District Attorney’s Office, its employees, servants and contractors. Unless otherwise specified, responsibilities of the DANY under this Contract will be exercised by the Office (as herein defined).

  • DANY reserves the right to include additional units onto the contract when necessary.
