Examples of Danish Arbitration in a sentence
If settlement is not reached within twenty (20) days, any dispute between the Parties regarding the commencement of the Agreement, the understanding, execution, validity or termination, and any agreement associated with the Agreement or is a result thereof, as well as any case arising out of it, shall be settled by the Rules of Arbitration Procedure of the Danish Institute of Arbitration (Danish Arbitration).
The arbitral tribunal will be appointed by Danish Arbitration in accordance with the "Rules on Simplified Arbitration Procedure of Danish Arbitration".
Any dispute between or by Parties arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Danish Institute of Arbitration (Danish Arbitration).

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of Det danske Voldgiftsinstitut (Danish Arbitration).
