Dangerous Animals definition

Dangerous Animals means animals which, because of their poisonous bite or sting, their size, or their propensity to viciousness or aggressiveness would constitute a hazard or threat to the safety of the citizens of Bismarck.
Dangerous Animals means Elephants, Rhinoceros, Hippopotamus, Buffalos, Lions, Leopards, Crocodiles or any animal designated as dangerous animal by the Director General by a written order.
Dangerous Animals means any animal which, because of its size, disposition or other characteristics, would constitute a danger to humans, including any dog classified as a Level 3, 4, or 5 potentially dangerous dog as defined in the Milpitas Municipal Code Chapter 210.

More Definitions of Dangerous Animals

Dangerous Animals means any animal that bites or attacks a person or any animal that bites or attacks and causes serious injury or death to another animal while the other animal is on the property or under the control of its owner. However, a dangerous animal does not include any of the following:
