Dancer Contract(s) definition

Dancer Contract(s) means a contract, agreement, or lease (sometimes denominated in certain Clubs as a “Dancer Performance Lease”) entered into between an Entertainer and any of the Deja Vu-Affiliated Nightclubs, which permit the Entertainer the right and/or ability to Perform on the premises of that Club and to engage in personal dance performances for remuneration.

  • Dancer GUARANTEE – OBT shall engage and maintain, inclusive of up to five (5) Apprentices, a minimum of twenty-seven (27) full time Dancer Contracts with the exception of if one (1) of the ARTISTS is not on contract and the minimum is not met, OBT shall move forward as set forth in paragraph B.
