Damaged Shares definition
Damaged Shares means shares of Converium Common Stock purchased on the SWX during the Class Period by U.S. residents, and Converium ADSs purchased on the NYSE during the Class Period by any person. For the purposes of the calculation of “Damaged Shares,” a Converium ADS shall be counted as one half of one share of Converium Common Stock.
