Damaged Checks definition

Damaged Checks has the meaning given to it under Section 5.a. in Schedule D of this CMTS Agreement.

  • Customer and the Bank will cooperate in the payment decision regarding processed Damaged Checks.

Related to Damaged Checks

  • Certified check means a check accepted by the bank on which it is drawn. Acceptance may be made as stated in subsection (1) or by a writing on the check which indicates that the check is certified. The drawee of a check has no obligation to certify the check, and refusal to certify is not dishonor of the check.

  • Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.

  • E-Check means any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. For joint accounts, read singular pronouns in the plural.

  • Direct Damage has the meaning given in clause 24.2; "Dispute" has the meaning given in clause 23.1;

  • Substantial bodily injury means "bodily injury which involves (A) a temporary but substantial disfigurement; or (B) a temporary but substantial loss or impairment of the function of any bodily member, organ, or mental faculty." See 18 U.S.C. § 113(b)(1).
