Damage Protection definition

Damage Protection means the non-refundable Accidental damage charge of $49.00 included in every reservation that covers the Guest for up to $1500.00 in damages determined to be Accidental Damages at the Property Managers/ Owners discretion. “Initial Reservation Down Payment" means the non- refundable initial payment of 25% of total charges to secure reservation. "Guest and/or Guests" means anyone who is in the rental property at any time.
Damage Protection is a guarantee by Owner that Owner will not hold you responsible for up to $1,500 in accidental damage to the inside of the Condo. It is generally more inclusive than the PDP insurance plan as there is no third party to rely on for payment of claims. In the event that both the PDP and PDP-DW plan are purchased, the PDP plan shall be used as the primary plan and the PDP-DW plan shall be secondary. Both the PDP plan and the PDP-DW plan do not cover non-accidental damage by the Principal Guest or its Invitees including but not limited to damages due to negligence, damage due to willful misconduct, damages due to a breach of this agreement, or theft.

Examples of Damage Protection in a sentence

  • Damage Protection Damage Waiver (“PDP-DW”) through Owner or a refundable damage deposit (“Damage Deposit”).

  • We may also make arrangements for a third party to provide equivalent replacement cover to the Loss and Damage Protection, and in that event our obligations under the Loss and Damage Protection shall cease to apply.

  • The extent of cover provided by the Loss and Damage Protection (or equivalent protection provided by a third party on our behalf) will at all times be not materially different to those at the date of this Agreement.

  • ISE enables customers who travel with, or relocate any Lenovo product to receive Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) in any country where such Service Is announced and sold by Lenovo or Lenovo authorized resellers.

  • Owner may require the purchase of Property Damage Protection Insurance Plan (“PDP”) or a Prop.

  • As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.

  • If the Guest opts out of the Property Damage Protection coverage in Section 3, then simultaneously with Guest signing this Agreement, or prior to check-in, Guest shall deliver to Agent the Security Deposit in the amount of $3,000.00 in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check or wire transfer.

  • As a part of your stay, you may purchase a $70.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.

Related to Damage Protection

  • MFN Protection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(e)(iii).

  • Fire Protection means all aspects of fire safety including but not limited to fire prevention, firefighting or Fire Suppression, pre-fire planning, fire investigation, public education and information, training or other staff development;

  • Plant Protection Gas means the minimum volumes required to prevent physical harm to the plant facilities or danger to plant personnel when such protection cannot be afforded through the use of an alternate fuel. This includes the protection of such material in process as would otherwise be destroyed, but shall not include deliveries required to maintain plant production. A determination will be made by the Seller of minimum volumes required. Such essential volumes will be dispatched accordingly.

  • Cathodic protection means a technique designed to prevent the corrosion of a metal surface by making that surface the cathode of an electrochemical cell. For example, protection can be accomplished with an impressed current system or a galvanic anode system.

  • Housing Act means the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, or its successor.
