  • Certificates of Liability and/or Damage Deposits may be required in some instances.

  • It is not the Pavilion’s intention to retain Damage Deposits, however we must protect the facility and polices of the Town.

  • Debit Cards for payment only, not to be used for Damage Deposits.

  • Damage Deposits can range in amount to correlate with the nature of each event.

  • A temporary hold will be placed on a credit card or we can accept cash, a money order or cashier’s check (sorry, no personal checks for Damage Deposits).

  • Deposits shall be paid to Avon after Licensee executes a copy of this agreement after which point no refunds of Damage Deposits or rent will be issued.

  • The Lessee is responsible for cleanup expenses and/or damages to the property which exceeds the Cleanup and Damage Deposits.

  • Damage Deposit(s) Received: Fully Executed Copies of Lease Mailed on by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Rentals Standard Lease The Lessor’s office hours of operation are 9:00 am to Noon and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

  • Damage Deposits, when submitted, are deposited and will be returned via City check, usually within six (6) weeks following the event.
