Damage Cover definition
Damage Cover means the cover You and an Authorised Driver have for Damage, theft, attempted theft and Third Party Loss under clause 7, subject to the Damage Cover Exclusions in clause 8.

Allowing anyone who is not an Authorised Driver to drive constitutes a Major Breach of the Rental Contract that excludes You and any Authorised Driver from all entitlement to Damage Cover indemnity under clause 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
More Definitions of Damage Cover
Damage Cover means the comprehensive insurance cover arranged by Idrive Rentals in relation any theft of or Damage to the Vehicle and any Claims made against you or an Approved Driver for any Loss (up to $10,000,000) to another person’s property arising out of your use of the Vehicle in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, but excludes cover for the matters specified in clause 19. Damage Liability Fee means the fee to settle or remedy any Loss, Damage, theft or Claim, if the Damage Cover is denied for any reason after such Loss, Damage, theft or Claim is assessed by Idrive Rentals or its Insurer. Driver Licence has the meaning given in clause 9.b.i.
Damage Cover means the indemnity provided by Horizon’s third party insurer for Covered Incidents. Extensive Cleaning means the Extensive Cleaning Fee stated in the Booking Form. Fee Fair Wear and Tear means the normal and minor deterioration of the Hire Equipment directly resulting from their use strictly in accordance with this agreement, and does not limit the Hirer’s obligation to return the Hire Equipment in a clean state. Damage Cover means the cover You and any Authorised Driver have for Damage (excluding tyre punctures and windscreen damage) , theft, attempted theft and Third Party Loss under clause 9, subject to the Damage Cover Exclusions in clause 10. End of the Rental means the date and time shown in the Rental Agreement or the date and time the Vehicle is returned to Us, whichever is the later. GPS Tracking Device means a GPS or other device that is fitted to the Vehicle that has electronic tracking capabilities to determine its location and other data including diagnostics, speed and fuel levels. Loss of Use means Our loss calculated on a daily basis at the daily rate shown in the Rental Agreement because the Vehicle is being repaired or replaced if it is written off as a result of an Accident or it has been stolen.
Damage Cover means cover provided by the Owner and applies subject to the conditions contained herein. The Owner is not an insurer. Claims are entirely at the Owners discretion.
