Damage Administration Fee definition

Damage Administration Fee means a fee which is applied where the Vehicle is damaged.
Damage Administration Fee means a MYR 30 fee which is applied where the Vehicle is damaged “Excess Reduction Products” include (but not limited to) Risk Reduction Cover, Super Collision Damage Waiver, Super Theft Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, Windscreen Protection Cover. “Named Driver” means any person named in the Agreement as the only permissible driver of the Vehicle during the rental period. “Rental Charge” means the rental charge of the Vehicle under the Agreement. “Rental Period” means the rental period of the Vehicle under the Agreement. “Third Party Motor Insurance” means cover for any claims made by third parties for death or personal injury or damage to their property, but excluding any cover for any loss or damage to the Said Vehicle or personal property or death or personal injury of the Customer. “Vehicle” means the motor vehicle described in the Agreement. “Working Hours” means the hours when a Station is open to the public.

Examples of Damage Administration Fee in a sentence

  • Provisions in article 7 on the right to charge the Renter with a Damage Administration Fee amounting to 1,500 CZK shall be applied similarly.

  • This contract is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

  • We will also charge the Damage Administration Fee for dealing with this.

  • Provisions in Article 7 of these T&C on the right to charge the Damage Administration Fee amounting to CZK 1,500 to the Renter shall be applied similarly.

  • The provisions of Article 7 permission of the lessor to charge renter Damage Administration Fee of € 1.500, - CZK apply.

  • If you do not do so, you will be responsible for all damage, loss and Charges plus the Damage Administration Fee.

  • If cover is declined, you must pay all of our losses and damages we incur or suffer as a result and you will pay all relevant Charges plus a Damage Administration Fee for each incident.

  • Damage Administration Fee Where the Vehicle is damaged or stolen or there is a claim arising from Your use of the Vehicle, we are entitled to charge you a handling fee.

  • If we have to take such steps, you must pay all our reasonable costs (including any legal or professional costs), Charges and Fees (including any Administration Fee or Damage Administration Fee or Unauthorised Extention Fee).
